I’m a HCPC-registered dietitian and performance nutritionist, accredited by the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr), with over 10 years of experience helping individuals optimise their health, energy, and performance through personalised nutrition support.

I’ve worked across a wide range of settings, including 6 years in the NHS, 4 years supporting Olympic and elite athletes, and currently within the world of professional cycling. I also have a specialist background in disordered eating and low energy availability (RED-S), and I’m passionate about helping people fuel their bodies in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and empowering.
