Pelvic Floor Restore
Pelvic floor rehab exercise class
Did you know that strengthening your pelvic floor isn't just about doing kegals? Why not come along to our PELVIC FLOOR RESTORE classes for a low, impact strengthening class aimed at strengthening your pelvic floor and the muscles around it, and learn more about how to keep your pelvic floor healthy to allow you to live without symptoms such as bladder leaks. One of the biggest barriers to pelvic floor strengthening is doing pelvic floor exercises wrong! Why not take advantage of our complete pelvic health package which includes a pelvic health assessment to check your technique prior to starting the class.

When: Mondays at 6.30pm and Wednesdays at 11am
Who is this suitable for: Women of any age who wish to strengthen their pelvic floor. Suitable for new mums from 6-8 weeks postpartum dependent on birth (please discuss with Kate on booking). Not suitable for during pregnancy.
Block bookings can be used as suits you- the classes don't need to be on consecutive weeks.
Price: £10 PAYG or as part of the following packages
£100 for a course of 6 classes and a pelvic health assessment (assessment worth £60, £6.67 a class)
£50 for 6 pre paid classes ( £8.33 a class, without the pelvic health assessment)

Strength and Conditioning Masterclass
Small group S+C teaching sessions
Are you ready to power-up your strength and conditioning? Our S+C masterclasses consist of three, two hour, small group sessions with a BASRAT qualified strength and conditioning coach in our gym. Build your confidence, learn about form, technique and how to build programmes to achieve your goals.
Run by our S+C coach Tom "Gilly" Gill.
When: Saturdays 8-10am
Who is this suitable for: Anyone looking to improve their S+C (no experience required)
Price: £65 for 3, 2 hour classes
