Strength Class
Small group S+C classes
Are you ready to power-up your strength and conditioning? Our strength classes consist of small group sessions with a BASRAT qualified strength and conditioning coach in our gym.

Whether you are just finishing your rehab, consistently getting niggles and injuries or never quite able to hit your race day goals. It is highly likely that you would benefit from adding strength work into your training.
​
The sessions vary from the 'norm' that a lot of personal trainers get you to do, who focuses on endurance and higher fatiguing reps. These sessions focus on lower reps and higher weights - relevant to you and your goals. Which has been shown to reduce your risk of injury by as much as 50%, improve your economy by up to 8% and time trial outcomes by as much as 5%. So regardless of your goal strength work can have a huge benefit to everyone and any age.

The sessions will aim to build your confidence and technique and give you the understanding on what is required to build programmes to achieve your goals.
These sessions are run by our expert S+C coach Tom "Gilly" Gill.
