Running Performance

This service involves a full assessment based around your sport or activity choice. We will look to identify any areas of weakness and build a strengthening programme to address those. We will also look at your running gait if required and provide any feedback to help improve your form and efficiency.
The ultimate aim of this is to reduce the reoccurrence or occurrence of injury.
