Hannah graduated from Brunel University as a physiotherapist in 2015, having decided on her chosen career path following a significant running injury. She went straight in to the private sector, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries and orthopaedic rehabilitation at a private clinic in Hampshire, working closely with some of the top consultants and surgeons in the area.

 

During this time, Hannah treated a variety of professional and elite level athletes across rugby, football, triathlon and other sports, which combined with her own experiences of rehab has given her the skills needed to create tailored physiotherapy for you, at whatever level you are at, from sedentary, to weekend warrior, to age group representative and beyond. 

 

Hannah qualified as an APPI Pilates instructor in 2018, delivering Pilates classes to a variety of athletes and for general fitness, promoting movement and reducing injury risk.

 

Her patient centric approach to rehab, combining manual therapy with exercise therapy, sports massage, taping and referral on if required, enables swift diagnosis, treatment and a return to your chosen activity.

 

After 8 years of private practice, Hannah joined the MOD in Portsmouth as a physiotherapist, before relocating to Plymouth this year. She is continuing to work with the RNRU for the women’s and Mariners teams, alongside Wilsmore Physiotherapy. 

 

In her spare time, Hannah can generally be found running around after her son, renovating a house, or exploring her new location - somewhere that fuels her continued passion for being near the seas and moors, and getting back to running and swimming as time allows.
