Fuelling for a long session

Some great advice here from AMG Nutrition. If you are starting your marathon training, increasing your mileage or training intensity it is important to make sure you get the nutrition right to compliment your training and recovery. You also need to practice fuelling while you run, so it is not a shock to the body on race day.
